At Categorycrluxury, we strive to provide exceptional online classical guitar lessons. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which you may request refunds or credits for our educational services provided through categorycrluxury.ddd.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for lessons before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson to receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

To cancel an order, please contact us using the contact information provided below. Include your account information and the details of the lesson you wish to cancel. We will process your cancellation request within 2 business days.

Lesson Cancellations

Student Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a credit that can be applied to a future lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

Instructor Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that your instructor needs to cancel a lesson, you will receive full credit for the missed lesson or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Categorycrluxury will make every effort to provide advance notice of instructor cancellations.

Refund Policy

Single Lessons

Single lesson purchases are non-refundable once the lesson has been conducted. If you are dissatisfied with your first lesson, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Lesson Packages

For multi-lesson packages, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused lessons. To request a refund, please contact us at categorycrluxury.world with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be prorated based on lessons already completed.

Subscription Plans

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Lessons that have already been conducted
  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
  • Digital materials and resources that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Subscription fees for partial billing periods
  • Any fees associated with processing payments or transactions

Return Shipping Costs

Since Categorycrluxury provides online educational services delivered digitally, there are no physical products to return and therefore no return shipping costs apply. All lessons and educational materials are delivered electronically through our online platform.

If you have purchased any physical materials or merchandise from us separately, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Technical Issues

If technical difficulties on our end prevent you from completing a scheduled lesson, you will receive full credit for that lesson at no charge. Technical issues on the student end do not qualify for refunds, but we recommend testing your equipment before lessons to ensure a smooth experience.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please contact us using the information below. Include your account information, lesson details, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding returns and refunds.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer protection rights regarding returns or refunds, those rights are in addition to the terms outlined in this policy. Nothing in this policy limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
